McKenzie Friend and litigant-in-person support

Courtwise Legal Guidance supports people who are representing themselves (litigants in person) across England and Wales, by secure video. We help you organise your evidence, draft correspondence and witness statements, compile your hearing bundle, understand procedural documents and prepare for the hearing, and can assist as a McKenzie Friend subject to the court's rules and permission.

Fees

Start with a free 15-minute introductory call. Paid consultations are £30 for 30 minutes, £45 for 45 minutes and £60 for an hour on weekdays until 17:00; weekday evenings (17:00 to 20:00) and Saturdays (09:00 to 17:00) cost 30% more. Wider work is quoted individually with a written scope before anything starts.

Courtwise is remote-first and works with clients across England and Wales by secure video, on weekdays, evenings and Saturdays.
